Fan Jingfang and Acheng are one of them.

　　In August 2014, the couple who traveled to Tibet for the first time were still a pair of pure backpackers. At that time, they were designers in Guangzhou. In August 2018, they became the "rich leaders" in Langduo Village, Milin County, Linzhi, Tibet, and managed a boutique inn with 100 rooms, which drove 60 households in the village out of poverty and became rich.

On a sunny afternoon at the end of July, when the reporter met Fan Jingfang at the "Find a Place to Stay" inn in Langduo Village, Qiangna Township, Milin County, she had just finished cleaning up the guest room with the staff. "There are still two guests coming in the evening." While greeting the reporter, I quickly explained the next matters to the employees.

　　"Find a place to stay" is the first boutique inn opened by Fan Jingfang and Acheng in Langduo Village, Qiangna Township, Milin County, Linzhi, Tibet. From the appearance, it is almost no different from the daily residence of local villagers. In traditional Tibetan houses, the carved wooden fence has been somewhat peeled off. In a small courtyard, there is an artificial pool. On both sides of cobblestone paths laid along the pool, several willow and walnut trees are waving branches in the wind, which are all common local tree species. Fan Jingfang told reporters that from the initial design of the inn, she decided to maintain the local Tibetan cultural characteristics and repair the old as before. "I don’t want to make it as neat as a park. Since I am staying in the village, I hope it has the characteristics of the village and has an original ecological style. " Time has proved that she chose correctly. Now, the newly opened inns in Langduo Village have also continued the style originally set by Fan Jingfang. The inns are integrated with the scenery in the village, which makes them feel abrupt, and also makes more tourists who travel in Tibet choose to stop here because of the original ecological features, which improves the room occupancy rate.

Langduo Village, Qiangna Township, Milin County, where Fan Jingfang is located, is a typical Tibetan village, only 36 kilometers away from Linzhi City. It is located in the tourist loop of Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon and has rich tourism resources. However, for a long time, because of the shortage of arable land and the undeveloped tourism industry, it has always been a key poverty-stricken village in Qiangna Township. Of the 278 people in 60 households in the village, more than 80 are poor households. There has always been a saying in Rondo that "holding a golden rice bowl and guarding a poor life".

　　In August 2014, when Fan Jingfang and Acheng traveled to Linzhi by car for the first time, they passed by Langduo Village and were moved by the beautiful scenery and the simple hospitality of the villagers, but they never found a favorite inn. "The scenic spots in Tibet are far away, so you can only drive to the city to stay in a hotel and then turn back the next day, which is very inconvenient." In this way, the couple, who originally wanted to find a quiet place to create, decided to stay and open an ideal inn.

　　In 2015, after nearly a year’s search, investigation and negotiation, Fan Jingfang finally successfully rented four houses of Jiuba, a villager in Langduo Village, and hired local villagers to work here and carry out renovation. A year later, the renovated inn opened, and nearly ten villagers who had been helping workers here became the first batch of formal employees of the inn, engaged in cleaning and cashier work, with a monthly salary of about 3,500 yuan.

"Their original understanding of the hotel was that it must be standardized and tall. Now they feel that it is easier to attract guests by maintaining the original flavor." In 2016, in order to improve the living standards of farmers and herdsmen and increase their income, the whole Rondo Village Boutique Inn project was put into practice. The boutique family inn with the business model of "government support+village collective+capable people+poor households" (that is, government subsidies, mass fund-raising, capable people driving and poor households benefiting) started construction in March of that year and was completed in mid-2017. At this point, the boutique inn, which covers an area of 1,800 square meters and integrates catering, culture, tourism services, leisure and entertainment, and fruit picking and sales, has also become a business card of Langduo Village.

　　The staff of the village Committee of Langduo Village told the reporter that after the operation of the inn, the village collective signed a lease contract with the rich and capable people, who were responsible for building the brand and handed it over to the village collective for operation when the conditions were ripe. During the contract period, the government, farmers, herdsmen, capable people and poor households will divide the shares according to the proportion of capital investment, and pay dividends according to the shares. 30% of the income will be paid to the village collective, and the land rent will be 120,000 yuan per year. At the same time, the employees who have the ability to file cards will be included in the boutique inn for room cleaning and catering services, and the annual income of each household can reach more than 6,000 yuan.

It is the fruit picking season in Linzhi, and every day, different villagers send her seasonal fruits just picked from home; When she meets the Tibetan calendar festival, she will be invited by enthusiastic villagers to go to the party … In addition to the daily reception, the inn is more like a "convenience service station" in the village. Every time the villagers charge their phone bills and buy online, they will come to Fan Jingfang. "We often help them buy online and send it to Linzhi. We will drive it back and send it to them." In this regard, Fan Jingfang enjoys it. "I like this simple local folk custom and intend to take root here all the time."

　　In the past three years, the inn has increased its income by nearly 300,000 yuan by renting land from ordinary people. Purchasing materials and hiring farmers and herdsmen to work in many villages in Xiang Lang brought 980,000 yuan in income to the village …

　　Fan Jingfang revealed to reporters that they are now cooperating with mainland universities to prepare to participate in the construction of the Rondo Tibetan Cultural Village and establish a "mobile library" in Rondo. "We will develop some manual experiences in the future. After guests come here, they can live and have fun.
