  According to the website of the Ministry of Public Security, abducting and selling children and women is a vicious criminal activity that seriously violates human rights and endangers social stability, and has always been the focus of public security organs. On April 9 this year, the Ministry of Public Security held a video teleconference on the national special action against the crime of abducting and selling children and women, and mobilized and deployed the national special action against abduction.   The public security organs in Jining, Shandong responded quickly and cracked the case of robbing children. 


  At 14: 45 on April 11th, 2009, the Criminal Police Brigade of Wenshang County Public Security Bureau in Jining City, Shandong Province received a report. Xu XX, a villager from Liuzhuang Village, Kangyi Town, this county, rode an electric car to take his 9-month-old daughter home, and was stopped by a silver-gray van. Two young men in the car took her daughter away.


  After receiving the report, Jining City Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it, and immediately deployed the criminal police detachment and Wenshang County Public Security Bureau to quickly carry out interception operations. At the same time, according to the information provided by the victims, the command center of Jining Municipal Bureau issued a search instruction to the counties and districts around the incident, requesting the interception of the suspected vehicles. At 1600 hours, the leader of Wenshang County Public Security Bureau led the pursuit team to Liangshan County. When chasing to Nanwang section of Wenshang County of Jiliang Highway, the suspected vehicle was intercepted by the police of Nanwang Police Station in Wenshang, two suspects were arrested, the robbed baby was rescued, and a loaded self-made pistol was found from the vehicle.


  After preliminary examination, the criminal suspects Zhang X and Li XX confessed that after prior planning, Zhang X and Zhang XX snatched the baby in Wenshang County and fled in the direction of Liangshan. At 15: 00, after meeting with Li XX, Zhang XX got off the bus and went back to the downtown area of Jining City. Zhang X and Li XX were caught in the process of trying to sell the robbed baby. At about 19 o’clock, investigators arrested the suspect Zhang XX in Jining.


  Public security organs in Panzhihua, Sichuan quickly cracked a case of burglary of children. 


  At 1 o’clock in the morning of April 6, 2009, Pu Mou, a migrant worker from Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, came home from work and found that his one-and-a-half-year-old son had been stolen, so he reported the case. The Public Security Bureau of West District, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province attached great importance to this case and immediately set up a task force to carry out investigation.


  After the Ministry of Public Security mobilized the deployment of video teleconference for the "abduction" special action, the task force further strengthened various work measures. After investigation, three unemployed people, Li, Huang and Yang, were seriously suspected. On April 11, the project police arrested the suspect Yang in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. After review, on April 11, Yang confessed to selling the child to his fellow villagers. Finding out that the child was going backwards, the task force immediately rescued him. On April 14th, the task force rushed back to Panzhihua City and arrested two others, who confessed the crime of stealing children and abducting them.

  Public security organs in Dalian, Liaoning destroyed a criminal gang that abducted and forced children.


  On April 10th, the public security organs in Dalian, Liaoning Province destroyed a criminal gang that abducted and forced children to pickpocket, arrested four suspects and rescued one abducted child.


  At about 19: 00 on April 10th, Xigang Branch of Dalian Public Security Bureau of Liaoning Province locked a boy of Xinjiang nationality aged about 8-10 when carrying out anti-pickpocketing work in Dalian Wal-Mart Supermarket, and found that there were two adult men of Xinjiang nationality around the boy to help keep watch. When the boy was committing a pickpocketing crime against a woman, the anti-pickpocketing police immediately attacked and arrested the boy and four suspects from Xinjiang, and seized one controlled knife and two mobile phones.


  After examination, the suspect who manipulated the boy confessed that after coming to Dalian, he committed nearly 100 pickpockets in supermarkets, bus stops and crowded places in Xigang District and Shahekou District. At present, 8 cases have been verified. The other two suspects confessed that since March this year, they have committed eight crimes of pickpocketing in Heishijiao, Heping Square, Xinggong Street, Chunliu and other areas in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The abducted child has been repatriated, and the other four suspects have been detained in criminal detention. The case is under investigation.


  Public security organs in Lhasa, Tibet quickly cracked two cases of trafficking in women.

In the early morning of April 7, the task force arrested the suspect Zhao Chunlin.


  According to the criminal suspects Zhao Chunlin and Yixi Quzong, since 1991, two people have defrauded Zhuo Mou, Ci Mou and two other women and abducted them to Linxia County, Gansu Province.


  At present, the suspects Zhao Chunlin and Yixi Quzong have been detained in criminal detention, and the case is under further investigation.


  Ningde, Fujian destroyed a trafficking criminal gang 


  On April 9 this year, after the Ministry of Public Security deployed a special campaign to combat trafficking in children and women, the public security organs in Ningde City, Fujian Province quickly implemented it, carefully organized and attacked it according to the deployment of the special campaign. Recently, a criminal gang case of abducting and selling children and women led by the criminal suspect Chen Qizai was successfully cracked, 14 criminal suspects were arrested and 28 abducted children were identified.


  On April 10 this year, the Yunnan police informed the Fujian police of the "2.23" transnational child trafficking case in Yunnan, including clues about the trafficking crime involving Ningde City, Fujian Province. The Criminal Investigation Corps of Fujian Provincial Office immediately informed the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Ningde Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Ningde Municipal Bureau immediately organized the criminal investigation department of the whole city to sort out the clues of crimes of abducting and selling children and women investigated over the years, and found that Chen Qizai and others in Fu ‘an City were suspected of major crimes. The Party Committee of Ningde Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it, and immediately dispatched the Criminal Investigation Detachment, the Action Technology Detachment and the police of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Fu ‘an Public Security Bureau to set up a task force to carry out case investigation.


  On April 18, the task force learned that a Guangxi trafficker was taking a baby boy to Fujian Province to "trade" and decided to close the net. At about 7 o’clock that day, the suspects Chen Qizai, Guo Bin and Guangxi trafficker Lu Hanlin were arrested at shenyang-haikou expressway Bay Dock Toll Station, and a baby boy was rescued on the spot. Later, in Fu ‘an Chengguan, Saiqi and other places, the criminal suspect Gong Naijin and other accomplices were arrested and a baby boy was rescued. On the 19th, four suspects, including the middleman Zheng Yuehua, were arrested in Zhouning and Xiapu counties.


  After investigation, since September 2008, the criminal suspect Chen Qizai, together with Gong Naijin and others, has bought baby boys from Yunnan and Guangxi traffickers He Lanqin and Lu Hanlin for profit. At the same time, Chen Qizai and others also abducted unmarried women and sold them to Ningde City through Guangxi trafficker Lu Hanyi and others.


  At present, the case is under further investigation.  


  Public security organs in Quanzhou, Fujian destroyed a criminal gang that abducted and sold children.


  At 20 o’clock on February 22, 2009, the Hutou Traffic Police Squadron of Anxi County Public Security Bureau, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, found a van acting suspiciously when it set up a checkpoint at the Hokuto Konishi Hok Township section of the county, that is, it went forward to check it. The people in the car fled one after another, and the driver Li Jidi was detained on the spot. The police found that there were a large number of baby items in the car and there was a major suspicion of selling children, so they handed Li Jidi over to the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Anxi County Public Security Bureau for review. After investigation, the suspect Li Jidi confessed that since 2007, he has bought boys from other places and sold them for profit. In view of the seriousness of the case, Anxi County Public Security Bureau dispatched elite police to form a task force to carry out investigations.


  After the Ministry of Public Security deployed the nationwide "abduction" campaign, the task force stepped up its work. At present, eight suspects, including Xie Dan, have been arrested and eight abducted boys have been rescued. It was initially found out that since 2007, Li Jidi’s criminal gang has bought 35 boys from Sichuan, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places and transported them to Fujian for sale, making profits from them.


  The public security organs involved will thoroughly investigate and dig deep, completely destroy this criminal gang and rescue all abducted children.


  Chongqing Public Security Bureau cracked a case of trafficking in minors for prostitution and rescued two abducted girls.


  On January 9th, 2009, the Public Security Bureau of jiangjin district, Chongqing received a report from the masses that Zhou X, a young girl, had been trafficked to Hong Kong for forced prostitution. After receiving the report, the leaders of Jiangjin Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it and immediately decided to file a case for investigation.


  After work, the task force arrested the suspect Fu XX. According to Fu, Zhang XX, a fellow villager of Fu, organized women prostitution in Zhejiang, and asked Fu to find girls in Jiangjin to cheat to Zhejiang. In November 2008, under the deception of Fu XX and Zhang XX, Zhou was cheated out of Jiangjin and was later taken to Zhejiang by Zhang XX. During this period, Zhang XX deceived another classmate of Zhou X, Ran XX, to Zhejiang. Then, Zhang XX sold Zhou X and Ran XX to a hotel in Hong Kong. During the hotel, two girls were forced into prostitution.


  After the work of the public security organs, two murdered girls have been rescued back to Chongqing. The case is under investigation.


  The public security organ in Nanning, Guangxi cracked a child abduction case.


  Since the nationwide "abduction" campaign, Guangxi public security organs have widely mobilized the masses to obtain clues. Recently, Nanning public security organs cracked a child abduction case based on reports from the masses, arrested four suspects and rescued three abducted babies.


  On April 16, 2009, Nanhu Branch of Nanning Public Security Bureau received an alarm from the masses, saying that on the roadside opposite Langdong Station in Nanning, three women were each holding a baby, and a man was looking after the luggage next to them, which was very suspicious. The leaders of Nanhu Public Security Bureau instructed Nanhu Police Station to dispatch police quickly to find out the situation. The police of Nanhu Police Station immediately rushed to the opposite side of Langdong Station and questioned the four men. The four people could not explain the origin of the babies, so the police took them back to the police station for examination and sent three babies to the hospital for physical examination.


  After preliminary examination, the suspects Wang Yunhua and Ah Mei confessed that a woman named "Big Sister" gave two baby girls to them and asked them to transport them to Henan Province. At present, four suspects have been detained on suspicion of crime of trafficking in children, and three babies have been sent to Nanning Welfare Institute for proper placement. The case is under further investigation.


  Shandong Taian cracked the case of stealing and robbing children.


  On April 8, 2009, after seven days and nights of hard investigation, the task force of Taian City Public Security Bureau and Ningyang County Public Security Bureau cracked the case of stealing and robbing children in Dongcui Village, Dongzhuang Township, Ningyang County, arrested six suspects, including Qin Dechao and Chen Yonglong, and successfully rescued the stolen children.


  On April 1, 2009, two suspects drove a car to Dongcui Village, Dongzhuang Township, Ningyang County, and took away the baby boy Cui, who was only 96 days old. After the incident, the party committees of the public security bureaus in Tai ‘an City and Ningyang County attached great importance to it, and immediately set up a joint task force to quickly carry out investigations.


  On April 3, the task force discovered that the suspected vehicle appeared near Yaoshan, surabaya county. The task force determined that Qin Dechao was one of the suspects who stole the baby. On April 6th, the task force captured Qin Dechao in surabaya county. On April 7th, another principal criminal, Chen Yonglong, was arrested in Jinan city. After the trial, people in Qin and Chen Er confessed that Wang Xuexiang and Li Long had said that someone wanted to buy a boy, so they took the boy Cui away. The task force immediately rushed to surabaya county to capture Wang Xuexiang, and then went to a construction site in lai shan, Yantai City to capture Li Long. On April 8th, the task force captured Chen Qingzhu and Zhao Na, who bought children, in a rented house in surabaya county City, and rescued the robbed baby boy. On April 9, when the police of the task force returned the baby boy Cui to his biological parents, thousands of people set off firecrackers and lined the streets to welcome the stolen baby home. The scene was very touching.


  Public security organs in Cangzhou, Hebei Province cracked a series of cases of baby robbery.


  In the early morning of December 29th, 2008, four masked men broke into Zhao’s home in Qiqiao Town, Botou City, Cangzhou, with knives, and took away the cash 150 yuan and Zhao’s granddaughter under one year old. This case was listed as the second case supervised by the Ministry of Public Security in 2009. In the early morning of March 19, 2009, several masked men broke into He’s home in Yanshan County, Cangzhou City, robbed a mobile phone with a knife and took He’s 1-year-old son away. After the incident, the public security organs in Cangzhou set up a task force to investigate two cases.


  On April 9, after the Ministry of Public Security deployed the national video teleconference on the special action of abduction, the Hebei Provincial Public Security Department conscientiously implemented the deployment of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security. After examination, in the early morning of December 29, 2008, Pang Yunfeng and other four people broke into the baby girl with a knife and sold it to Tianjin. In the early morning of March 19, 2009, Pang Yunfeng and others took the baby boy with a knife and sold it to Cang County. The project police immediately rescued two babies safely and returned them to their biological parents.


  During the review process, the task force successively captured another seven members of the gang. After examination, since November 2008, the gang has committed more than 50 crimes of blocking roads, burglary, murder, rape, theft, robbery and injury in Shandong and Hebei, involving more than 600,000 yuan.

1. Investing in heavy assets for the aged can improve the solvency of insurance companies.

In the early days of insurance companies entering the pension industry, the investment speed of insurance companies is very fast. By investing in the pension community, we can evaluate and increase the value, create income on the books and improve the solvency. The expiration and renewal of commercial insurance has always affected the stable operation of insurance companies. Insurance companies link insurance products with pension services and pension real estate membership, which can increase the attractiveness of insurance products, form differentiated competition, provide customers with more choices, improve customer stickiness and promote policy sales.

1. National layout

From the nationwide layout, Taikang Life Insurance, China Pacific Insurance, China Life Insurance and Hezhong Life Insurance are all based on the whole country, mainly CCRC.

Among them, Taikang Life Insurance has formed a nationwide chain layout, linking 22 cities, with the earliest and most perfect layout.

Compared with the experience of American pension housing, it is found that the development, investment and operation of China’s pension market are still not very mature. In the past few years, the entry of some large insurance companies and real estate companies has promoted the rapid development of the pension market, but various market participants have not formed a clear division of roles, and many enterprises are integrating investment, development and operation.   The reporter of Beiqing Daily noticed that a kind of human collagen bio-repair dressing named "Kelijin" is a Class II medical device, and it has been approved as a product for healing damaged wounds, but it has been used as a water needle injection in some medical and aesthetic institutions. The product of "Yifuquan" water-light collagen is called yeast recombinant collagen liquid dressing, which is also a class II medical device. It has been approved for "adjuvant treatment of skin diseases caused by impaired skin barrier function and improvement of skin itching caused by dermatitis and eczema", etc., and has not been approved for injection.
