The relevant enabling matters are hereby announced as follows.

  First, the new version of the certificate has been in use since July 1, 2003. Since the same day, China National Intellectual Property Administration will no longer use the original version of the certificate; All kinds of old certificates issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration before June 30, 2003 (including that day) still have the prescribed effect after July 1, 2003 and will not be replaced.
