The key project of ＂Our New Era＂ TV series was unveiled.
On November 16th, the State Administration of Radio and Television held a promotion meeting for key projects of TV series with the theme of "Our New Era". Vice Minister Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Party Secretary and Director Nie Chenxi of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhu Yonglei, member of the party group and deputy director of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, presided over the meeting.
The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) has decided to launch the creation, exhibition and broadcasting of works with the theme of "Our New Era" from November 2021 to the end of 2022. As an important project of the exhibition, seven plays, Courtyard of the County Party Committee, Tree of Life, Transcendence, The Name of Ice and Snow, Our Decade, Exam and War in Shanghai, appeared.
County Committee Courtyard

The Courtyard of the County Committee is another work handed over to the midday sun by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television after Minning Town. It tells the story of Mei Xiaoge, the protagonist, who was parachuted into Guangming County as the county magistrate, and finally realized the ideal of governing the county with the efforts of him and his colleagues. The play covers more than 50 characters, and the first draft of the nearly 200,000-word outline was completed on September 29th.
It is reported that in order to go deep into life, under the coordination of the General Administration, screenwriter Wang Xiaoqiang went to Dayu County, Jiangxi Province for nearly five months; The director team sent people to Hengnan County, Hunan Province for nearly four months.

The drama series will select typical characters from ten different themes for artistic processing and creation, depicting the people’s growing sense of acquisition, happiness and security. The drama is expected to enter the script creation stage in November 2021, enter the production stage in January 2022, complete the production of the whole drama in September, and broadcast in the fourth quarter of 2022.
