　　The fine chemicals and raw materials engineering project is a comprehensive strategic cooperation project witnessed and promoted by Chairman Supreme Leader and King Salman of Saudi Arabia. It was included in the list of achievements of the second "Belt and Road" international cooperation summit forum and is a landmark achievement of strategic cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia. The total investment of the project is 83.7 billion yuan, mainly for the construction of 15 million tons/year oil refining, 32 sets of process devices such as ethylene and PX, as well as supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities. After the implementation of the project, it will drive the construction of a number of upstream and downstream industrial chain supporting projects, accelerate the overall construction and layout of industrial chain, value chain, technology chain and innovation chain, promote the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry, and help Liaoning achieve a new breakthrough in all-round revitalization. The project is implemented by Huajin Ami Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China North Industries Group, jointly funded by Saudi Aramco and Panjin Xincheng Group.
