Defendant Wang has successively compiled a series of softwares such as "hacker data assistant", "hacker detection assistant" and "hacker sales assistant" on the basis of the WeChat bottom interface protocol provided by defendant Chen Mou Wei.

After the Spring Festival in 2019, the defendant Chen Mou Zhan repackaged the above software and renamed it "One Piece" to further expand the sales scale of WeChat account. The defendant Wang made an official download website, and the defendant Du Mouran made advertising pictures and functional introduction videos for promotion, and successively developed Du Mouran, Liang Molun and others as agents for sales.

　　After identification,"One Piece" series software has the functions of hanging up mode, deleting friends with one click, adding friends, modifying friends circle, washing white with one click, checking account title, and batch real-name authentication.All the above functions are realized by obtaining the corresponding data in the computer information system. "One Piece" series software can replace the manual operation on WeChat interface and realize the control of WeChat computer information system.

　　Defendants Chen Mou Zhan, Liang Molun and others used "One Piece" series software to invade and control the computer system of Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd., logged into other people’s WeChat accounts in batches, and carried out operations such as testing, password modification and real-name authentication, illegally obtained the data of WeChat accounts, and sold the WeChat accounts processed by "One Piece" software to others for profit.

　　According to the judicial audit, the defendant Chen Mou sold 2,284 pieces of One Piece series software, with a total sales amount of 456,905 yuan and a profit of 427,940 yuan. The other 14 defendants also made different profits by selling One Piece series software.

　　The Nansha Court held that, according to the facts and evidence found in the trial, the defendants Chen Mou Zhan, Liang Molun and others ignored national laws and violated state regulations, provided programs and tools specially used to invade and illegally control the computer information system, invaded Shenzhen Tencent computer information system, obtained data from the computer information system, illegally controlled Tencent computer information system, and sold or illegally obtained citizens’ personal information to others, all of which violated the criminal law. He was guilty of providing intrusion and illegal control of computer information system programs and tools, illegal access to computer information system data, illegal control of computer information system, and infringement of citizens’ personal information, so he made the above judgment according to law.
