According to the current needs of epidemic prevention and control, in order to ensure the life safety and health of the broad masses of people, on the basis of implementing the Notice of the Office of novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters in Dongguan (No.69), we hereby further strengthen the work of epidemic prevention and control in the whole city as follows:

　　First, advocate that the public should not leave Dongguan unless necessary, minimize social activities, and refrain from gathering, gathering, having dinner, going to crowded places and keeping a safe social distance.

　　Second, all people from other provinces and cities who come to (return to) Dongguan should report on the "I Dongguan Home" APP in advance, and those who have not reported must make a supplementary report within 6 hours after arriving in Dongguan.
