　　League organizations at all levels of the central and state organs and all walks of life of the Youth Federation regard in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary of the Supreme Leader as their primary political task, and actively carry out various forms and rich connotations of learning and exchange activities. Some organizations organize young people to study the original speech, write study notes and experience, hold special rotation training classes, organize youth theoretical study groups to study and discuss, and promote young people to learn to speak, understand principles and gain true knowledge. Some actively innovate the form of learning carrier, set up "Youth Reading Corner" and "Youth Study Room", and hold special activities such as reading and preaching, speech debate, theme essay writing, micro-video contest and theme cloud group class to promote the spirit of speech better. Some guide young people to put the spirit of their speeches into practical work, set up youth commandos to fight the epidemic and tackle key problems in scientific research, carry out a series of activities of "popularizing science on campus", and hold an advanced typical commendation meeting to encourage young people to be pioneers and brave officers. Some closely combine learning to speak with doing practical things for young people, set up "youth reception rooms", conduct surveys on young people’s ideological conditions, and hold activities for single young people to make friends, trying to help young people solve practical difficulties and continuously optimize the effect of serving young people.

History and reality fully prove that the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a party worthy of young people’s trust and follow forever. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, young people in the central and state organs have closely followed the CPC Central Committee with the supreme leader as the core, witnessed the historic achievements and changes in the cause of the party and the state, and fully realized that our country with a population of 1.4 billion and a big party with more than 96 million people in party member, the core of leadership is very important. The central and state organs are closest to the Party Central Committee and serve the Party Central Committee most directly. The broad masses of young people must uphold and defend the "two establishments", resolutely achieve the "two maintenances", maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with the Supreme Leader as the core at all times, effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the important requirements of the General Secretary of the Supreme Leader for young people in the new era, and faithfully implement the spirit of the important instructions of the General Secretary of the Supreme Leader and the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee. Strictly abide by political discipline and rules, be reliable, trustworthy and reassuring at critical moments, and resolutely transform the love for the party and the love and support for the Supreme Leader General Secretary into the ideological consciousness and action force that always adheres to the party’s leadership and firmly follows the core.
