"2022 (Spring) National Consumption Promotion Month Beijing Consumption Season" was launched in Beijing.

The "2022 (Spring) National Consumption Promotion Month Beijing Consumption Season" jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Central Radio and Television General Station and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government was launched in Beijing on the evening of March 1. Member the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Secretary of Beijing Municipal Committee Cai Qi, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao, Vice Minister Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Director and Editor-in-Chief of Central Radio and Television Station Shen Haixiong, Deputy Secretary of Beijing Municipal Committee and Mayor Chen Jining attended the event.

At the event site, four experience sections were designed, namely, "Sharing Ice and Snow, Linking the Future", "Science and Technology Consumption, Digital Leading", "Cultural Consumption, romantic city" and "Food Capital, World Integration". By creating unique online and offline consumption scenes, the journey of multi-scene layout, multi-format integration and immersive consumption experience was started.

The theme of "2022 (Spring) National Consumption Promotion Month" is "Enjoy the Good Life of Consumption", aiming to further stimulate the market vitality, release the consumption potential and promote the sustained recovery and upgrading of consumption. All localities will combine the characteristics of local consumption and festivals, highlighting the prosperity of business through festivals, and provide strong support for unblocking the domestic cycle, promoting the domestic and international dual cycle, and better meeting the needs of people’s better life.

The "2022 Beijing Consumption Season" will last until the end of this year. With the theme of "Enjoy Beijing and Enjoy Life", we will strengthen the integration and interaction of business travel styles, online and offline joint resonance, and build eight activity sections: the first show of Beijing, fashionable Beijing, trendy Beijing, smart Beijing, literary Beijing, colorful Beijing, interesting Beijing and quality Beijing, so as to continuously promote the upgrading of consumption and better meet the diversity, quality and quality of the masses.
